Hawza Hamid Nikzad

Hawza’s role in breeding success

Since ancient times, the importance of breeding with education has been noticed in Iran. In the last few decades, efforts have been made to achieve this goal, especially by Hawza.

But there has never been an operational and comprehensive demand for it like in the last few months. For this reason, PAZH interviewed with Hojjat-ul-Islam Hamid Nikzad, senior advisor to the Minister of Education and Secretary of the Hawza and Education Cooperation Staff.

PAZH: How does Hawza find out the needs of The Ministry of Education?

How Hawza discovers needs is the result of holding annual conferences with education and training. In fact, these needs are introduced by the specialist responsible for training and education, which is the Ministry of Education. Hawza conducts scientific research in relation to the needs of education and introduces programs in that regard.

Despite this request, cooperation with the education organization is not only from Hawza. The Education Organization requests other organizations and institutions as well. All the collections of the country should cooperate with the education organization for various reasons, including the importance of education, and the multitude of jobs in education, According to High-level documents and Documents of fundamental reforms in education.

Hawza, as an educational, didactic, and cultural institution, tries to provide more enriching programs in this regard.

PAZH: What needs are known so far? And what are Hawza’s plans for it?

Several requests have been collected about research topics, the discussion of the need of young people for religious issues, doubts, and activities that have been carried out, which should be answered in due course.

At the same time, the lack of manpower is a serious problem in the education system. We have 110,000 public schools, but only about 30,000 schools have instructors and assistants for breeding. This means that there is no breeding force in a significant number of schools. We can use it to compensate for part of this deficiency through Hawza’s manpower.

Of course, this program is in cooperation with the school principal and according to the normal school programs, Such as performing prayers, giving speeches, face-to-face communication with students, attending class, and discussing incidents and doubts.

In addition to these, there is a good relationship between Hawza and the education system regarding curriculum development. Many prominent professors of Hawza are present in the working groups of the books, and Alhamdulillah, they did well. Of course, there is still a lot of work, and we have to do many programs in the future.

PAZH: There are some types of doubts that have been overlooked. What approach does Hawza have towards them?

We believe our new generation is very inquisitive. For this reason, we recommend to our friends who are active in education organizations, from Islamic seminarians and others, that this spirit is very valuable. They should not suppress it but should encourage and encourage children. Because if these questions are not answered, it will surely turn into doubt and denial regarding the issue.

In fact, it is very important the development of technology that has happened and the examination of the level of connection between our children and teenagers with modern technology. Because these are the reason for the development of attention to the angles of issues in the minds of children and adolescents, and their questioning minds should be supported with more tact.
